LANDesk Diamond Accreditation Program for ALM and LDSD

The LANDesk Diamond Accreditation Program is an exclusive program through which select Channel Resellers become LANDesk Authorized Consultants for LANDesk® Asset Lifecycle Manager and LANDesk® Service Desk. With this accreditation, resellers can deliver deployment services for both LANDesk Asset Lifecycle Manger and LANDesk Service Desk.

To become authorized, resellers must go through product training, an extensive consultant boot camp, and shadowing. Then they must pass a case study to demonstrate their ability to deploy and install the product in a virtual environment configuration. This is then reviewed by LANDesk Services and Training to verify accuracy and depth of knowledge.
